Pipe Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Spirally Welded Large Diameter Steel Pipes to serve to foundation and construction industries in their Cardiff factory located at ABP docks for the UK, Ireland and Scandinavian Countries and specialised and focused in production of foundation and construction pipes.
Mill layout has been specially designed to roll heavy gauges up to 32 mm and long lengths up to 45 m with a production range of 20â€(508,0 mm) to 130â€(3.300 mm).
Our Cardiff facility is also equipped with a shot blasting/painting, clutch/interlock welding for combi-wall applications and also have a workshop for other necessary attachments for any custom made pile designs.
As being the only spiral pipe producer in heavy gauge and long pipes in UK, Pipe Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. is able to provide short lead times for specific projects and customer needs.
Taking the advantage of settling at one of the quays at Cardiff Docks, we are able to produce and ship long and heavy piles directly to vessels, barges and trucks and serve to all around UK, Ireland and Europe.
